As of Oct. 25, 2015, Living Word Church of Open Heart will worship with Open Heart Church of Philadelphia located at 6018 Larchwood Ave - Philadelphia, PA 19143.
We are Godly proud of our son and brother in the gospel who was installed into the office of Deacon on June 1, 2014 at Living Word Church of Open Heart. Deacon Marcus Swinson has accepted his new assignment in the Body of Christ.

Congratulations to Tyler Swinson and to the Christian Education Ministry 2011 graduates!!! We would like to congratulate them on their hard work and dedication to their education.
Thank you to everyone who attended our revival, which ended with our annual Unity Day Service. Bishop and Mother Hanna blessed us tremendously.
I look forward to seeing everyone at the Women's Day Service on Oct. 31, 2010. Our Elect Lady Swinson will be delivering the message for that service.

Interim Pastor Seward Johnson
Pastor Dr. Walter L. Swinson went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 6, 2010.
Living Word Church is committed to continuing the ministry that Pastor Swinson began. Therefore, Elder Seward A. Johnson will serve as the Interim Pastor for the church.

Marcus Swinson graduated from Temple University on Thursday, May 13, 2010. We would like to congratulate him on his hard work and dedication to his education.
We would like to congratulate Evangelist Nadine Valentine who graduated from Temple University on Thursday, February 4, 2010.
We are extremely happy to announce that two of the sons of the ministry Deacon James Riley and Deacon Iran Jackson will be having their initial sermons during the month of February. Minister Stephen Smith will also be receiving his ministers license from Living Word Church during the month of March.
We are equally excited about our new church building that we will move into shortly.
Please keep in mind that our annual summer conference will be held in Kingstree, South Carolina during the month of June. More details will be provided later.
